AGENTIC INITIAL STUDIO

Our approach

A clear engagement process from requirements to handover.

03 /Our approach

Clarity at every stage.

A considered process, with agreed scope, visible progress, and a practical handover.

01

Understand

Discuss your goals, users, and constraints.

02

Define

Agree deliverables and acceptance criteria.

03

Validate

Test key assumptions with focused work.

04

Implement

Build and review against the agreed scope.

05

Handover

Provide documentation and agreed next steps.

Make responsibilities explicit

An engagement starts by agreeing what is included, what inputs are required, and who reviews each outcome. Dependencies and changes are discussed as they arise.

Plan for a useful handover

Documentation, access arrangements, and next steps are considered alongside development, with ongoing support only where it has been agreed.

Review evidence

Make each checkpoint useful.

  1. 01

    Scope review

Confirm included work, exclusions, deliverables and the person accepting them.

  2. 02

    Working review

Inspect a real workflow with representative inputs and record open questions.

  3. 03

    Acceptance review

Run agreed checks, review exceptions and document what remains outside scope.

  4. 04

    Handover review

Check that the recipient can run the result and knows who maintains it.

Changes & costs

Discuss a change before implementing it.

When a new requirement changes the scope, review its purpose, dependencies, estimated effort and acceptance checks before agreeing the next step. Hosting, model API calls and third-party licences are identified separately from implementation work.
