AGENTIC INITIAL STUDIO

Frequently asked questions

Practical answers about scope, learning, AI, and working together.

06 /Questions

Before we begin.

Can we start with an early-stage idea?

Yes. A focused assessment can help clarify the problem, likely users, technical options, and next steps before defining a development project.

Does every project need AI or multiple agents?

The approach depends on the task. A conventional application or simple automation may be the right fit. Agentic methods are considered when their coordination and tool use serve a clear purpose.

How are scope, timing, and fees agreed?

These are discussed around the requirements, dependencies, and deliverables. The scope and commercial terms should be agreed before work begins; there is no one-size-fits-all package.

Can training be adapted to our level?

Yes. Python and AI learning can be shaped around existing knowledge, practical goals, and the preferred individual or team format.

What happens to sensitive project material?

Discuss confidentiality and access requirements before sharing sensitive information. Public project descriptions, screenshots, and repositories should only be used with permission.

Practical details

Planning, learning and ownership.

Who owns the source code and output?

Ownership, licences, access and handover terms should be agreed for each engagement. Third-party components retain their own licences.

Can we begin without a full specification?

A discovery or assessment engagement can first define users, constraints and acceptance criteria. Implementation follows an agreed scope.

Is the dashboard a live AI system?

The public loading case uses real planning outputs from a synthetic dataset, calculated in advance. Its filtering and layout inspection run in your browser, without a live model call.

Can you support a local-only solution?

Deployment can be considered around data access, budget and usage needs. A local-only tool and a shared cloud application have different operating responsibilities.

Can training be delivered in Chinese or English?

Language, learner level and materials can be discussed when defining the learning engagement. The bilingual site describes the proposed pathways in both languages.
